      For me the answer is B). Field-level is recommended to use it only in exceptional situations like hiding bank account number or the phone number on the CEO file for all people but HR Manager. It is nonsense to use that level of control to manage a timesheet entry. Also, that control consumes a lot of resources so it is not recommended to use it massively. For me is b) Task-level or more recently the Form-level because identity which form the user has access (Create a timesheet).       This are tricky questions and I'm not sure I have the right answers. For the first question, I would create a new user in the Microsoft 365 admin center and through this registration give the user access to the Power Apps. For the second I would go the the Power Platform admin center and Choose Environments > Settings > Users and click on the relevant user. Upon doing this you get redirected to the Dynamics 365 platform where you can manage the users role by choosing the tab "Manage Roles". So what is my answer to the second question? I would probably go with Dynamics 365...

       Basically, there is global agreement that A constitutes a (complete) correct answer, and C isn't correct at all. B isn't a complete answer, since the changed rule isn't activated afterwards. D isn't a complete answer, since the rule hasn't been deactivated before change. So unless someone can vouch for C, the question basically is what Microsoft finds the most important (or, what is the *most* correct). I personally tend to choose A&D, because D emphasises that a rule needs to be activated before it can be used. The 'change the rule' action might include the deactivation first (and perhaps the rule is already deactivated? Who knows). Let's say this question could have been better written. I hope it's either not in the exam anymore or in some adjusted form.

       CoPilot says - PA Flow and Connectors which is what I chose initially as they just made sense. I am concerned now that whoever is setting the answers for these questions is either not doing sufficient research or deliberately providing incorrect information.

       N,Y,Y is correct. First question is about dashboards, not reports...but you can use multiple data sources from multiple reports (as long as you have permissions) on any dashboard. If you built any you would know this is true.

       correction: its No, Yes, Yes. You can pin and entire page in a dashboard. That will be live. In this case the slices would act dynamically in the dashboard. Yes we cannot pin individual slicers in a dashboard. Verified practically.

       User accounts, identities, security groups, subscriptions, licenses, and storage cannot be shared among tenants. All tenants can have multiple environments associated with each specific tenant. Data is not shared across environments or tenants. I need to withdraw back. If build Power app which uses both data from Microsoft 365 and D365, then they should be in one tenants. After APP built, app can be shared and login cross mutiple tenants by SSO. So share APP, and build App is different story. Here question is "Build". So D365/Microsoft 365 should be in one tenant.
