These terms are an agreement between you and CertExamHQ, operating CertExamHQ (“we”, “us”). By using the service, creating an account or purchasing an Exam Pass, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CertExamHQ provides independent certification directories, practice questions, answer support, mock-exam tools and study progress. We do not administer certification exams, issue credentials, or guarantee that you will pass an exam or achieve a professional outcome.
Free previews provide up to 25 public questions for each available exam without payment. An Exam Pass is a personal, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the complete bank and paid study features for the single exam identified at checkout for 365 days from activation. A different exam requires a separate pass. A purchase does not transfer ownership of any content.
We may correct or replace questions as objectives change. If a rights, security or quality issue requires removal of a material part of a paid bank, we will provide a reasonable replacement, access remedy or refund where required by applicable law.
You must use an email address you control and keep sign-in codes and sessions confidential. One account is for one person. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may require reasonable purchase verification before changing access.
An Exam Pass costs the one-time price shown before purchase—currently $14.99 USD for one exam and 12 months of access. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Buying another pass for the same exam extends access by another 12 months. Checkout may display local currency and applicable tax before you confirm payment.
Paddle is the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle processes payment, tax, receipts and eligible refunds under its buyer terms. We receive the transaction and customer identifiers needed to activate access, but we do not receive or store your complete card number. Our refund policy forms part of these terms, and mandatory consumer rights are never excluded.
Access normally begins after Paddle confirms payment. The complete bank is delivered through the signed-in web application; no downloadable question-bank PDF is included. Where checkout asks for consent to immediate digital delivery, your statutory withdrawal rights may be affected as explained at checkout and in the refund policy.
Exam programmes change without notice. Confirm codes, objectives, pricing, format and availability on the official vendor page before booking. Practice questions are study aids, not predictions of live exam content. Community answers, comments and vote totals are not independent verification.
Banks differ in source and review status, and each bank is labelled. The content policy explains original, licensed, imported and contributed material, attribution, moderation, corrections and takedown handling.
You may use the service for your own study. You may not share an account; bypass access controls; scrape or download in bulk; copy, republish, sell or train a model on the content; probe the service for vulnerabilities; disrupt it; or use it to violate a certification agreement, law or third-party right. Normal browser caching and personal notes are allowed.
The site design, software and original material belong to CertExamHQ or its licensors. Third-party contributions remain subject to their authors’ rights. Certification names, exam codes, products and company names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification. CertExamHQ is independent and is not endorsed by certification vendors.
We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, bulk extraction, or a security or rights issue. Where practical, we will give notice of material changes affecting paid access. Payment obligations, content restrictions and other terms that by nature survive termination remain effective.
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost income, exam fees, travel, failed attempts or reliance on inaccurate material. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
