This policy explains how CertExamHQ, operating CertExamHQ, handles your information. All questions and practice tests are free. No account, sign-in or payment is required.
Support requests include the contact details and messages you send us. Practice answers, bookmarks and study progress stay in your browser. We do not create user accounts or store your practice progress on our servers. We do receive the information you send when contacting us.
Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, request headers, timestamps and security events. We use IP-based request limits to reduce automated bulk downloads. Starting a timed mock sends the exam you selected to our practice service; your answers remain in your browser. The free practice site does not send sign-in emails.
Your theme, bookmarks, recent exams, searches and free-practice progress are saved in your browser. Clearing site data removes these local records. Progress does not sync across devices.
We use information to operate free study tools, answer support requests and keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. Where applicable, the grounds for processing are our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or your consent.
Information is shared with service providers as needed for hosting and email, and where required by law. If someone asks us to remove material they own, we may need to share their notice with the person who contributed it.
Locally saved study data stays in your browser until you clear it. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them or to meet a legal obligation. We use access controls and encryption in transit, but no system is completely secure.
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a data-protection authority. Some records must be retained for legal reasons. Send requests to support@certexamhq.com with enough information to identify the relevant records.
The service is not directed to children under 16. Providers may process information outside your country using their contractual and legal transfer safeguards.
