I did not understood why it's E at start because i was thinking ok IPv6 we got Hexazecimal so my last Hex can have 15 values 0 - 9 A -F but that would mean 16 bits , in a /127 we only have the last Bit for host portion so it can only be 0 or 1 , that's why A and C are wrong because FA02 and FA03 are not in our range . FA00 FA01 would be in our /127 , we can only have 2 possible host address .
