These rules apply to one-time CertExamHQ Exam Pass purchases and form part of the terms of service. Mandatory consumer rights always take priority.
An Exam Pass is a one-time purchase for one exam and 12 months of access. It does not renew automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop.
Transactions are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law, where the product is materially not as described or cannot be accessed because of a persistent defect, or where Paddle grants a discretionary refund. Contact us first if access fails so we can investigate and restore the service quickly.
Some countries provide a statutory withdrawal period for digital purchases. For example, eligible consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and United Kingdom may have 14 days for certain purchases, subject to rules for digital content supplied immediately with express consent. Paddle applies the country-specific rules in its current buyer refund policy.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Access for the refunded Exam Pass ends when the refund is approved. Chargebacks may suspend access while the payment dispute is investigated.
A discretionary refund may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, account sharing, bulk extraction, repeated refund abuse or another breach of the terms, except where law requires otherwise.
Questions: contact support. See also Paddle’s refund policy.
