What we publish, what we will not publish, and why.
Exam codes, names, levels, syllabus domains, format details and pricing are factual metadata compiled from publicly available vendor documentation. Facts are not copyrightable; the descriptive text around them on this site is written here.
Where a vendor does not publish a figure — a pass mark, a question count — the page says so rather than filling the gap with an estimate.
Question banks come from more than one place. Every bank is labelled with its source on its own page, so you always know what you are reading:
We do not knowingly accept material represented as copied from a live exam. Live exam content may be protected by vendor terms, non-disclosure obligations and copyright. If a vendor or rights holder identifies material that should not be here, we remove it while the claim is reviewed.
Community-contributed material carries rights we do not own: copyright in a discussion post generally rests with the person who wrote it. Where a rights holder asks us to remove something, we remove it — see corrections and takedowns below.
For completeness about how that material reached us: the bulk of it was compiled from a public GitHub mirror of those ExamTopics discussions rather than read from the site directly. That mirror carries no licence and its data was last updated in April 2025, so anything drawn from it is a snapshot of that date. Banks we have refreshed since were read from the public discussion pages themselves. We hold no rights in either case, which is why every community-contributed bank is labelled as such and why the takedown route below applies to all of it.
A payment page does not create publication or resale rights. Only material that is original, licensed for commercial use, or contributed with documented permission can be promised as part of a paid Exam Pass. The service operator is responsible for maintaining the commercial publication record for each complete bank made available for purchase.
Every checkout identifies the selected exam, one-time price, access period and included online features before a customer can pay. Public source labels and attribution remain visible after purchase.
Memorised question banks teach recall of specific questions, not the underlying competence. People who pass that way struggle in the roles the certification was supposed to qualify them for, and every vendor responds by rotating question pools and invalidating results — which means the material stops working anyway.
A question with a good explanation transfers, because it teaches reasoning that generalises to whatever form of the question you actually meet. That is why original banks carry an explanation for every answer.
Community-contributed banks are most useful as a map of the ground an exam covers and a way to find the gaps in your knowledge. Treat an unexplained answer as a claim to verify against the vendor documentation, not as a fact to memorise. Quality-filtered discussion excerpts can add useful reasoning, but they remain third-party opinion rather than an official answer.
The site is built to accept question banks from external sources through a documented importer that normalises them into our schema. The importer requires an explicit content source and licence for every bank, so nothing can be published without a record of where it came from.

If you believe something published here infringes your rights or is factually wrong, send the URL and the specific issue to support@certexamhq.com. Factual corrections are reviewed promptly; rights complaints are handled by removing the material while we review.
