An organization wants to create a new application in the cloud to replace an existing on-premises application. Which application modernization approach should the organization use?
Answer: D
In the context of business and innovation, "greenfield" and "brownfield" refer to two different approaches to innovation. Greenfield innovation refers to creating something completely new, starting from scratch, and developing something that has never existed before. This approach is often associated with startups or brand new ventures. Brownfield innovation, on the other hand, refers to the process of developing new products, services, or processes within an existing company or industry. This approach involves building upon existing infrastructure, technology, and resources to create something new and innovative. Therefore, inventing in greenfield means developing a new product, service, or process in an entirely new industry or market. On the other hand, inventing in brownfield means creating something new within an existing industry or market, often by improving or modifying existing products, services, or processes.

Answer: C
TCO demonstrates the real, complete cost of a given solution over its lifetime – usually measure in 3-year or 5-year TCO. Management consider TCO when deciding to build or buy, when deciding if a solution is worth the investment, or when deciding whether to host an application on-premises or in the cloud.

Answer: B
Since the problem with the current infrastructure base on VM is with OS boot time in particular, so upgrading the workload to containers would be a right choice as then OS boot time problem is eliminated which means a faster workload execution. So, correct answer should be 'B'.

An organization is altering their gaming product so that it is compatible with cloud technology. What can they expect when moving from traditional technology to cloud technology?
Answer: B
Computing costs are predictable and relatively fixed in traditional IT environments. An organization purchases computing capacity upfront and uses it over time. The total cost of ownership is fairly easier to calculate with this setup. By contrast, cloud computing operates on a pay-as-you-go basis, with no upfront payments. Resources and services are available on-demand, and IT spend fluctuates based on consumption. The traditional approach prioritizes capital expenditure (CapEx), whereas cloud economics favors operating expenses (OpEx).
